How to Keep a Clean & Clear Face




tips and warnings :

Although some people have skin conditions, most people that have facial skin conditions like greasy, dirty, rashy skin with zits or itchy skin simply have poor hygiene behaviors.same as me, I always having skin problems as I have a sensitive skin .

These are the tips and warning you should follow ,

  1. Try not to touch your face! The oils on your fingers spread around on your face and clogs your pores! If you must touch your face make sure you wash your hands with warm water and soap.
  2. Keep your hair out of your face! Hair contains oils that can lead to acne! Keep your hair off your face.for example : I always use hair band to keep my hair behind at home.
  3. Wash your face at least 2 times a day! Once when you wake up and once before you go to bed!
  4. Face peels every once in a while helps get rid of dead skin cells on your face!

My advices ,

after clean your face with your product, MUST use cleanser to clean your face again with cotton, gently use your cotton to press your face for 10 seconds then continue to other part of your face. the cleanser will more completely stimulate into your deeply skin as well. your skin will absorb more with this step.
secondly, always use moisturizer before go out, or with BB cream. that's what I always do .
I am trying hard to keep my face clean and clear.
I do not like my face to pop out a HUGE pimple again!

AND AT LAST BUT NOT LEAST,

Drink 8 tall glasses of water each day. Water hydrates and flushes your entire body and leaves skin soft and supple. 

A Proper diet is also helps your skin to become more healthy without pimples and ances.
Eat a healthy well-rounded diet and take a multivitamin. A good diet is healthy for your whole body, and will benefit your face by making your skin healthy, and clear.
Avoid oily foods and frying foods, cold drinks and also sweets .
they contain of a lot calories and high cholesterol or high sugar .
Sugar and Salt would cause fattening and store fats in your body .
so what to do now? 
SAY NO TO THEM ! 

I want to have an healthy body .
