I'm back again :)
To update my daily life.
Got to manage my daily routine which is 3 days jogging in one week!
Yes, i did it.
AND I FEEL I AM MORE HEALTHY AND SKIN GETTING BETTER THAN PREVIOUS!
like , seriously.
human's immune system have to build up everyday with exercising program.
let say for example : you don't wish to build up your muscle , so you choose to do housework.
that's right.
or
you don't wish to build up muscle, so you choose to skip all your meal.
NO WAY THIS IS NO WAY!
wait, of course you should manage to balance your meals per day.
bt DO NOT SKIP MEAT WITHIN ONE WEEK.
at least you eat meat during your lunch , it would be better :)
trust me.

although we have been separated to different university.
but yet we do always keep in touch , almost everyday.
